Scott Blackburn PT, DPT, CSCS
Physical TherapistScott was born and raised in Springfield. He graduated from the University of Dayton’s PT program, and before that received his Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Wright State University.
Scott has a special interest in treating athletes and active individuals of all ages, especially golfers. He holds the Titleist Performance Institute golf certification for the assessment and treatment of golfers and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
In his free time, Scott enjoys playing golf, traveling, and watching his favorite football teams – THE Ohio State Buckeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Lauren Thomas PT, DPT
Physical TherapistLauren Thomas earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from the University of Dayton. Prior to that, Lauren obtained her Bachelors degree in Public Health with a minor in Biology from Wright State University, where she also was apart of the Women’s Soccer Team.
She has interest in treating numerous orthopedic and neurological conditions, especially those dealing with balance and vestibular issues.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys exercising, watching sports, baking and spending time with her family and friends.
